What is the purpose of the app?: Our mission is to promote active lifestyle and develop curious mindset in kids by encouraging families to spend time together outdoors, exploring possibilities in your own areas.

Why do I need to register?: In order to be able to add missing playgrounds of photos, you have to be a registered user
What information do you save or track about me?: First of all, we would like to emphasise that all the information is saved securely in our system and cannot identify you. We only save the minimum required data to verify your account during the registration. And we also don’t store your location. We may request access to your location only while you want to capture a photo of a missing playground instead of sending an existing photo from your gallery.

Why are there some areas without any playgrounds?: We constantly try to improve your experience by adding more and more playgrounds, and anyone can help us by adding missing playgrounds to the app. You can find «add» icon (+) in the bottom right corner.
How can I add a missing playground to the collection?: We appreciate your helping us and other parents by submitting missing playgrounds. We have prepared some rules and recommendations to make this step easier for you.

What are the minimal required data to add a playground?: In order for a playground to be added to the map we need to have at least one photo and its location
How can I add location?: In most cases we will be able to read the location from the photo meta information. In case this option does not work, we kindly ask you specify the location on the map in the following step.
What are the recommendations for photos?: Please keep in mind that the photo needs to demonstrate features of the playgrounds to help others decide whether it will be interesting for the kid. To respect privacy rules there cannot be pictures of people that are possible to identify. Please try to capture as few people as possible or apply some masking filters on the photo
How many photos can I upload: In most cases 3-4 photos will already contain enough information about the playground. You can add up to 10 photos.
When will I see my playgrounds on the map?: To ensure high quality of the content that we show to the parents we have to verify every playground added by our contributors. We may decide to add missing or to remove irrelevant information about the playground including inappropriate photos. By adding any photos or other information about playgrounds you grant us permissions to use this data even after you decide to delete your profile.

What if there is a mistake with playground's details or its location?: No matter how hard we try to keep a good eye on details, mistakes happen. We will be happy to hear from you and improve the details. Please send us an email to info@wipwap.app with screenshot of playground and a short description of the issue.
Can I suggest a new feature for the app: Our mission is to make such an app that will be useful to parents and to the kids to live an active and healthy life.
